∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business development, Corporate Marketing, Govorment, Public service, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Tender bidding, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Training Institutes
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill and IT fluency
∎ Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
∎ In-depth knowledge of the IT & ITES industry and its current events
∎ Excellent time management and organization skill, negotiation skill
∎ Knowledge to write tender documents
∎ Must have the experience to work in IT companies
∎ Experience to participate in the national & international tender
∎ Experience to work with govt will get more preference
∎ Team development and ensure continuous improvement in productivity
∎ Achieve sales targets by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plans and performance monitoring of the sales team.

∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager /sales executive or manager in a relevant role in any software company or IT institution or Training Institute
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations
∎ Experience in customer support
∎ Excellent time management and planning skills
