Experience in the agrochemical, fertilizer, seeds, pharmaceuticals, FMCG sectors will be preferred
Proven track record of driving business growth and closing strategic deals
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) for project execution
Monitor market trends to identify customer needs and business gaps
Negotiate deals, contracts, and partnership agreements
Achieve revenue targets and KPIs set by management
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Prepare business reports and growth forecasts for senior management
