Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to develop an effective growth strategy focusing on the increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
∎ Increasing company revenue through bringing new business opportunities from various markets.
∎ Preparing short and long-term sales forecasts and marketing plans
∎ Develop business proposals and successfully pitch to potential clients.
∎ Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on driving sales, exploring new opportunities and bringing new markets.
∎ Increasing existing client base.
∎ Research new business opportunities and look for a viable income stream.
∎ Achieve financial objectives and sales targets.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with the regulatory Govt. & Non-Govt. organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years of professional experience in business development/advertising/sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales, Client Management
∎ Proven sales track record
∎ Excellent market knowledge.
∎ Being able to conversate fluently in Bengali & English
∎ Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
∎ Ability to pitch, and present to potential clients.
