Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any relevant sectors.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts.
∎ Create effective and persuasive proposals.
∎ Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales.
∎ Upselling of solutions in large accounts and thus maximize revenue.
∎ Collaboration with the key internal stakeholders to create an integrated program of national and local branch government activity to increase membership, partnerships, sponsorship, and workforce development revenue (in a balanced way) from government partners.
∎ Managing bids to be submitted on Government portals, submit weekly progress,
∎ opportunities and leads reports and enter data within the company's system.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the
∎ value of current customers while attracting new ones. Attending conferences,
∎ meetings, and industry events.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Train and manage a diverse team serving the business development and capture Management roles for government business.
∎ Develop and manage a high-quality, detailed sales pipeline for year-over-year growth.
∎ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify customer objectives,
∎ The proactive engagement of the existing and potential customers for the effective delivery of agreed target for sales.
∎ Promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities.
∎ Relentlessly source for government deals across payment, lending and other B2B infrastructure products.

∎ Wide connections with government bodies, agencies and associations. Familiar with how government projects work and expectations for technology partners.
∎ Culturally aware of how the government works and executing accordingly.
