Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA preferably in Finance, Marketing, Management, Public Health and Economics from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the design and implementation of cost effective financially sustainable social enterprise business approaches for health.
∎ Develop a detailed understanding of the country's health care delivery market dynamics including but not limited to existing capacity, quality of services, demand and supply forecasts, challenges and gaps.
∎ Work with internal and external partners to analyse the healthcare sector, supplier landscape, and observe the dominant market factors contributing to the overall healthcare service delivery in the country.
∎ Create and manage market intelligence databases, analyses and frameworks that will be leveraged to inform prioritisation of social enterprise models.
∎ Screen potential business models by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending investments
∎ Identify cost effective strategies and opportunities for efficiency gains by working with the team to conduct analysis, identify challenges and implement strategies for improvements
∎ Explore resource mobilisation opportunities through assessing potential joint ventures, partnerships, and linkages.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing requirements for Social Enterprise
∎ Extend supervision for the development of different communication materials relevant to operations
∎ Ensure adoption of technology and automation platform
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years' private sector experience in management consulting, healthcare sector, or similar fast-paced, output-oriented environments related to macro sectors of the country
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Have knowledge on Business model development, Budgeting and financial planning, Project planning and proposal writing
∎ Have strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively while addressing a broad-ranged audience
∎ Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment
∎ High level of proficiency in relevant computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
∎ Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a timely manner
∎ Must be strategic, highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills
