Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage a cohesive brand strategy aligned with business goals.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, packaging, communication, and customer experience.
∎ Lead rebranding or product packaging refresh projects in coordination with warehouse and design teams.
∎ Design and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special sales initiatives.
∎ Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and paid ads.
∎ Oversee product labeling, packaging quality, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
∎ Work closely with warehouse supervisors and quality inspectors to ensure brand standards are reflected in physical product presentation.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies.
∎ Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable branding and marketing improvements.
∎ Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and printing partners.
∎ Supervise in-house designers, content creators, and coordinate with the sales and operations teams for campaign execution.
∎ Collaborate with delivery teams, store in-charges, and ERP/reporting teams to align promotions and logistics.
∎ Ensure timely communication of promotions and marketing campaigns to call center executives and customer-facing staff.
