Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Collaborate with design and product teams to align branding with collections
- Manage brand campaigns, including photo shoots and advertising
- Manage budgets and report on campaign ROI (return on Investment)
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy
- Oversee social media and digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate product launches, shop branding, promotion, and marketing.
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Shop management related with Salary & sales performance.
- Manpower budgeting and hiring as or when needed
- Product shoot, theme shoot, and all other shoot related with strategic marketing.
- Content photoshoot for APP/Website (Requested by Manager-Marketing & Operations if any)
- Shop layout & display and visual merchandising.
