∎ MBA in Marketing

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the yearly Marketing Plan with Budget and Implementation.
∎ Planning and execution of all Sales Promotional activities (B2B and B2C).
∎ Generating ideas, preparing all the Design & Artwork contents and supervising design and production of regular stationary items i.e. all envelops, document folders, deed folder, Brochure, leaflet, newspaper & magazine ad, diary, calendar, event contents, and all outdoor ad matters such as billboard, mega sign, bell sign, neon sign, etc.).
∎ Advertising in (Print & Press Media, Electronic Media, Online Portals, and Outdoor Media).
∎ Concept development and supervision of company TVC, Audio-Visual, project progress Aerial videography, and 360-degree Virtual Tour of mock apartment etc.
∎ Project merchandising (project fence, project board, and others).
∎ Planning, executing and preparing all required contents for social media marketing and communication including all digital marketing activities.
∎ Supervision of concept design and management of company website (regular content uploading, required modification of design, visitor analysis).
∎ Liaising with advertising agencies and all other relevant vendor/supplier.
∎ Managing, training, and supervising a corporate marketing team to generate new sales lead and promoting the brand to the target customer group.
∎ Media planning, ensuring impressive feature articles about the project, publishing press release of different events of the company, and assist in preparing the write up & press kit.
∎ Site visit and supervision of operation to construct billboard structure in companies own land and promote the product through it.
∎ Any other task assigned time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 8-10 years in real estate/construction industry.
∎ Experience in Digital Marketing
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
