∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA (Marketing) from IBA,DU/NSU/foreign institute is preferable.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Branding
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Marketing, Branding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and review policy/SOP for branding and promotional activities as well as action plan achieving organizational goal.
∎ Planning and budgeting.
∎ Develop the brand positioning, strategy, logo, illustrations, packet design, prospectus, sign board, billboard, banner, festoon, leaflet, pad, envelope, printing support, etc.
∎ Deal with Media communication such as electronic media, print media, outdoor and indoor branding etc.
∎ Conduct all consumer activation, event management, merchandising campaigns, distributors meet, customers meet, PR, CSR activity etc.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
∎ Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
∎ Any other related assignment given by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 46 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good speed in composing Bangla and English, good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing, etc.
∎ Should be energetic, honest, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 month probation period.
