Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in Brand or Corporate Communications in leading organisations, showcasing a proven track record in designing and implementing impactful social and behavioural change campaigns/ communication will be an added advantage
Job Purpose
We are looking for a passionate Manager, Brand and Programme Communications to oversee the implementation of BRAC’s visual identity, messaging, and brand strategy. The incumbent will work across programmes, affiliates, and entities to ensure a unified communications approach, while highlighting BRAC’s impact and advancing the “Doing development differently” agenda. The incumbent will also develop campaigns, creative content, and PR initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and social behaviour change.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a greater understanding of BRAC’s operating model and ecosystem both internally and externally, and support in building BRAC`s brand through reputation tracking and brand equity study.
Steer the organisation to comply with brand guidelines, and work across BRAC programmes, affiliates, entities and investments to promote an integrated approach of One BRAC and inspire engagement with the brand strategy.
Support stakeholder engagement and fundraising goals of programmes with the development of campaigns, messaging, creative designing, events/ activation, and PR as per the annual roadmap of programmes and strategic priorities of BRAC.
Support programmes in stakeholder mapping and specifically address donor-focused communications needs (for major donors) aligned with GRP.
Support programmes to design, develop and implement community engagement and drive positive changes in behaviour at the community level.
Facilitate collaboration between the programmes and communication teams to enhance the creation of impactful campaigns and content. Additionally, assist in developing proposals for unique communication activities, to strengthen overall effectiveness of communication strategies/ proposals.
Analysing the success of campaigns and creating reports.
Establish and oversee relationships with communication partners, ensuring effective management of financial and contractual aspects following BRAC Procurement Guidelines. This includes driving the financing negotiations and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations for seamless collaboration.
Formulate and implement financial plans, budgets for Communications and Branding, aligning them with Annual Work.
Plans following communication strategies while adhering to established operational guidelines.
Provide senior leadership with advice and support on the development of communications materials to strengthen the brand.

Cultivate positive working relationships with other communication teams within the BRAC ecosystem. Skillfully oversee existing relationships with key internal teams, ensuring comprehensive support for their branding and communication needs. This collaborative approach aims to strengthen overall communication effectiveness across the organisation.
Support planning and drive implementation of continuous capacity development initiatives that will actively build the advocacy and communication capacities of communication team and stakeholders across the BRAC ecosystem.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
