Experience:
Organize and lead the overall custom & bond function of the Company as per government compliance.
Handle customs-related responsibilities, like yearly audits receiving any kind of certificate, central Bond, NOC release indemnity bond, etc.
Manage good customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
Perform all import-related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex Bord, Entitlement, yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.·
Maintain good relations with all government institutions.·
New Bond License issue. Continuous Bond issue & renewal General Bond & Continues Bond. Signatory change, Bank inclusion & exclusion, HS code inclusion.·
Work independently with DEDO, Customs Bond Commissionerate & other Govt. offices.
Maintain all the export-import statements unit-wise for yearly customs audits & entitlement.
Capacity to do UP & UD for Dyes & Chemical (Dyeing Factory). Ex-BOND/IN-BOND in time with the assistance of the factory to maintain BOND REGISTER.
Responsible for BGMEA and BKMEA tasks.
To be able to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties, etc by the regulator (NBR/ Customs Bond).
All kind of Bank related task.
Any additional work must be done on demand of management.
