Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a skilled and experienced person to lead our bidding and document preparation work. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids for government and private projects, making sure all documents are complete and correct.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile technical and financial proposals, tender documents, and bid submissions as per client or government requirements.
- Review Request for Proposal (RFP), EOI, and Tender Notices to identify submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria.
- Ensure that all proposals and bid documents meet the standard format, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Searching bid opportunities from Various Tender and Bidding Portal.
- Hunting for potential customers for better business growth.
- Maintain and update a database of ongoing and completed bids/proposals.
- Monitor tender portals, newspapers, and websites to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare bid check list for supporting documents such as company profiles, CVs of experts, experience certificates, and other compliance materials.
- Manage submission of proposals both in hard copy and electronic formats (e-GP, CPTU, etc.) within deadlines.
- Participate in pre-bid/pre-proposal meetings and respond to clarifications as required.
- Format and proofread documents for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Coordinate timely submission of proposals, both online and offline.
- Communicate with clients or procurement authorities for clarification when needed.
- Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and omissions.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal or bid preparation
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service and IT service providers responding to public tenders
Additional Requirements
- Proven working experience in Bid Management and relevant fields.
- Strong command of written English and Bangla
- Excellent formatting and document presentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PDF)
- Familiarity with procurement portals (e-GP, CPTU, UNGM, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project budgeting and cost estimation (preferred)
- Team collaboration and communication skills
