Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Gather in-depth knowledge of display products and stay updated on new features.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Schedule meetings/appointments with customers for product demonstrations.
Coordinate with sales engineers/technical teams to arrange and conduct product demos.
Maintain and update customer database/CRM with accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with product management.
