Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing products/services, scheduling meetings, and supporting product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets while maintaining

strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

 Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

 Gather in-depth knowledge of display products and stay updated on new features.

 Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

 Schedule meetings/appointments with customers for product demonstrations.

 Coordinate with sales engineers/technical teams to arrange and conduct product demos.

 Maintain and update customer database/CRM with accurate information.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

 Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

 Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

 Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with product management.
