Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Audit investigation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate and contribute to the design and development of internal audit tools and processes;
∎ Time to time Audit manual up date, initiate corrective measures and ensure streamlining of existing practices as guided by the management;
∎ Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealings and record and have to report to MD/ Director;
∎ Prepare of annual Audit report and case to case basis Audit Report and submit to the MD/Director;
∎ Conduct periodical and when necessary internal audits (Financial Audits, Operational Audits, Department wise process Audit, Information Systems Audits, Integrated Audits, Investigative Audits, Reviews & Follow-up Audits, special audits etc.) as per audit plan and Group Audit Policy;
∎ Collect data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, over-spending, fraud or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies;
∎ Audit of every financial transactions including L/C opening document check, Import doc check, L/C commission return related issues, all kind of local procurement check, price verification, Inventory checking, overtime checking, group wise all accounts, vouchers, bank reconciliation, intercompany transaction check for minimizing the error of financial transactions;
∎ Fixed Asset verification and year end stock count checking;
∎ Examine inventories and follow up production process, raw material, wastages and consumption of factories;
∎ Risk Assessment (Product, service & Process), identify risks and risk contingents to resolve;
∎ Inspect cash in hand, receivable and payable and cancelled checks to confirm records are accurate;
∎ Carry out other tasks assigned time to time by MD/Director.

∎ CA(CC)/CMA (part qualified)
∎ Should demonstrate high levels of integrity, honesty and punctuality.
∎ Excellent communication skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Must be well conversant with MS Office.
