Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary: This role demands strong leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all activities related to Bangladesh Customs and Bond Commissionerate.
Ensure full compliance with Bond License regulations for 100% export-oriented units.
Manage UP, UD, EXP, Bill of Entry, and related customs documentation.
Maintain and monitor bonded warehouse registers for fabrics, chemicals, dyes, and accessories.
Reconcile bond stock with physical inventory and ERP system.
Coordinate with Commercial, Production, and Accounts departments to ensure proper utilization and reporting.
Handle customs audits, inspections, and bond renewals independently.
Maintain strong liaison with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
Monitor HS code classification and duty-related matters.
Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly bond reports to authorities.
