III. Job Responsibilities
This position covers integrated duties in finance, administration and business operations. Candidates are required to have cross-border finance experience, be proficient in handling comprehensive financial, administrative and basic business tasks, and ensure compliant and efficient local operation of the company. Detailed responsibilities are as follows:
1. Local Accounting Management
Responsible for accounting of multi-category procurement and sales businesses; accurately reconcile accounts receivable and payable; review and process expense reimbursement documents; conduct regular inventory checks and calculate product gross profit to guarantee authentic and accurate accounting data consistent with actual business operations.
2. Import & Cross-border Finance Processing
Take charge of letter of credit (L/C) related matters and accurately calculate duties and taxes for import customs clearance; strictly control foreign exchange receipt and payment procedures, conduct compliant cross-border fund transfer and settlement in accordance with laws and regulations of China and Bangladesh, and eliminate compliance risks in cross-border financial flows.
3. Local Tax Declaration
Be familiar with local tax regulations in Bangladesh; complete monthly, quarterly and annual VAT declarations and tax withholding; timely file corporate income tax and final settlement to avoid tax risks.
4. Fund Management
Perform daily reconciliation of local bank accounts, control daily corporate income and expenditure, accurately analyze cash flow, and prepare periodic fund revenue and expenditure reports to support corporate fund allocation and ensure safe and efficient capital utilization.
5. Financial Statement Preparation & Reporting
Prepare financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards of Bangladesh; sort and summarize operational data per requirements of the domestic headquarters, and timely update local financial records to keep the headquarters fully informed of local operational status.
6. Compliance Liaison
Liaise with local Bangladeshi banks, tax authorities, audit institutions and other relevant departments, and cooperate with official inspections and audits; mitigate financial compliance risks in inventory, purchase-sale and account settlement to ensure local operations comply with laws of both China and Bangladesh.
7. Administrative Management
Sort out, register and manage office supplies inventory; conduct regular stocktaking; arrange procurement, warehousing and distribution of office supplies according to actual needs to support daily office operation; assist with other administrative support tasks and maintain office order.
8. Business Support & Execution
Cooperate with core business operations; assist in communication with local partners and suppliers, and handle finance-related matters in business coordination; organize and file business contracts and cooperation documents, and track cooperation progress; assist in business meeting arrangement, meeting minute compilation and business statistics to facilitate the implementation of business cooperation.
