We are a Chinese-funded enterprise stationed in Bangladesh (SolarStock BD Ltd.), with address: Flat E-5, House #2, Road #5, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. We focus on new energy, clean energy, photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage system (BESS) related businesses, and are now recruiting Business/Operation Follow-up personnel locally in Bangladesh. The specific requirements are as follows:

Core Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills, be good at interacting with people, and be able to efficiently coordinate various communication matters;

• Proficient in basic computer operations, good at document sorting, entry, verification and other work, and have sufficient patience and carefulness in document processing;

• Priority will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, and those familiar with the new energy and energy storage industries are preferred; majors in electrical power are preferred, and those with basic Chinese skills are preferred.Job Content

This position is a PV foreign trade business-oriented follow-up (combination of business development and order follow-up), with the core responsibilities as follows:

1. Connect with overseas customers, be responsible for inquiries, quotations, negotiating terms, confirming orders, and maintaining customer relationships;

2. Issue orders to the factory, follow up on production progress, delivery date and product specification verification;

3. Prepare full sets of foreign trade documents such as contracts, PIs, customs declaration/clearance documents, and control export compliance and PV certification materials;

4. Coordinate booking, loading, logistics and shipment, and synchronize the shipment progress to customers in a timely manner;

5. Handle order abnormalities, customer complaints and after-sales issues, and connect the factory and customers to solve problems efficiently;

6. At the same time, coordinate information docking between the company's internal departments, customers, suppliers and other relevant parties, assist in business negotiation support work, and cooperate with the team to achieve business goals (personnel stationed at the customer's premise will additionally be responsible for following up on relevant on-site matters of the customer and synchronizing on-site conditions).

Salary and Benefits

25,000 - 35,000 BDT per month, which can be adjusted through negotiation according to personal ability and work experience.

Working Location

• 1 person stationed at the company office (fixed office);

• 1 person stationed at the customer's premise (following up on relevant business docking with the customer).
