  • 1–2 years of experience in documentation, customer service, or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Address internal customer queries promptly and provide accurate information.

  2. Communicate with customers regarding cheque status through phone calls and SMS.

  3. Disburse cheques, salary certificates, and other official documents in a timely and secure manner.

  4. Maintain and preserve vouchers, salary documents, and other financial records systematically.

  5. Receive incoming documents and coordinate with the concerned person or department.

  6. Ensure proper documentation tracking and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.

  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  8. Support colleagues and assist in other administrative or service-related tasks as required.

  9. Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial and employee-related documents.

  10. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
