Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts (cash, bank, and ledger).
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial statements.
Handle bank transactions, cheque preparation, and reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial records and files.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Handle payroll, staff attendance, and basic HR support (if required).
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Coordinate with management and other departments for administrative tasks.
Support audit activities and provide necessary documents.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
