Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Procurement

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Procurement, Local Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sourcing & procurement of Machinery, materials, spare parts & Supply Chain Management,
∎ Responsible for preparing monthly and yearly Material Requirement Plan.
∎ Responsible for sourcing of potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of purchase orders.
∎ Responsible for collecting quality report on various raw materials, spares & machinery performance and communicating with suppliers for any quality deviation.
∎ Responsible for expediting all critically required materials by contacting the supplier, commercial department and other related persons.
∎ Responsible for coordination with Sales team & Service team of Suppliers.
∎ Responsible for coordination with Engineer & Factory store for regular goods requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
∎ Responsible for follow up with open LC opening/ purchase orders issued and accelerate until each purchase order is closed in consultation with workshop, station, commercial department and others related person.
∎ Responsible for follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, short or excess supply, damaged or returned materials.
∎ Responsible for verification of sales contracts and taking actions on disputes in consultation with Management.
∎ Responsible for coordinating &cooperation with audit team, finance team and factory management.
∎ Responsible for payable aging analysis.
∎ Responsible to supervise and lead the purchase and procurement team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good working knowledge in MS Office programs.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill in both English & Bengal.
∎ Conversant with ERP/ Oracle software (in relevant module).
∎ Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
