- Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years (At least 01 year in similar role)
- Professional Requirements: The candidate should be technically sound in Woven Garments costing & manufacturing process independently. Must be capable to handle buyers independently in tremendous pressure with aggressive marketing attitude. Able to work under pressure with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Strong people management and communication skills. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures. Good understanding of core business aspects. Complete proficiency on development process like; sample development, CAD etc. Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials, booking and delivery. Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and update buyers. Should be a team player to express performances within a vast working platform of 100 lines factory. Working experience with European/Australian market is a plus but not mandatory but s/he “Must have factory related on-job experiences”.
