Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Civil engineering
∎ BBA/MBA in any discipline
∎ Diploma who has highly experience can apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting Dealer & Retailer points and project sites for market survey, identifying gaps and new business opportunities
∎ Daily market visit to collect information such as competitor activities, product demand, consumer choice etc.
∎ To follow up the day-to-day activities of Project Engineer/Site Engineers of ongoing projects.
∎ To maintain track of inventory, tools and equipment's for projects
∎ To prepare & implement project schedule as per target set by management.
∎ To prepare Budget, estimating & its application to projects.
∎ To Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Directing & monitoring related team members.
∎ To Develop & implementing systems, quality construction & strengthening the team work.
∎ To arrange mobilization & site preparation works.
∎ To collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members
∎ Different types of projects & construction sites visit.
∎ Different types of government & private engineering firms visit.
∎ Provide thorough support & problem resolution for customers.
∎ Communicating fabricator, architecture, civil engineer with project engineers on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for connection design (Steel structure)
∎ Able to Structural Design with following software (Etabs, Safe, Sap, Staad pro/Tekla Design Structure).
∎ Prepare design reports, and structural drawings.
∎ Responsible for legal approval process required in construction work for factories & projects.
∎ Design & BOQ (Pre-Fab Steel Structure & R.C.C Both).
∎ Co-ordination with site, project engineer, detailer and any other job assign by the Management.
∎ Responsible for DEA (Detail Engineering assessment) / Retrofit design and follow up the construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sales experience in Steel construction industry products
∎ Understanding of technical product selling
∎ Experience in Sale of Construction Products
∎ Experience of sales in retail market - Distributor / Dealer management
∎ Should have adapting capability in any situation.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated and Energetic person.
∎ Should have knowledge about Civil and Steel Structure Building Construction
∎ Should have skill sufficient engineering knowledge and expertise on modern Steel Structure Building as well as civil construction works
∎ Basic Knowledge in Detailing and Fabrication Drawing (RCC & Steel).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Engineering firms, any Consulting firm.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsible and positive attitude in all respect.
∎ Sound knowledge about structural analysis method structural / Non Structural component design.
∎ Basic knowledge about Soil / Geotechnical Engineering.
∎ Fluent reading & writing in English.
∎ Assisting Marketing Executive in sales and marketing operational activities.
