Educational Requirements:

∎ CA/ ACA/FCA/ ACMA/FCMA Partly Qualified, But Certifications will getting preferences
∎ Skills Required: Auditing, Compliance Audit, Cost control.
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Audit and cost control mangement Accounting, Credit Risk Analysis, Financial Analysis, VAT Tax Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 11 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting and Cost Control, Comlaince with tax law, Expence Management, Tax Planing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential financial risks and opportunities and propose measures to optimize financial performance. Prepare a strategic financial plan and annual budget.
∎ Must have good and extensive knowledge on Bangladesh Tax, Vat, and financial rules and policy.
∎ Must independently handle Tax assessment and return for Company and Employee, investor and employees' tax assessment and return Yearly VAT audit.
∎ Must independently prepare Company Yearly Statutory Audit Report, Financial Statement, Yearly Tax Assessment work, etc.
∎ Must independently prepare FDI reports and submit them to the bank.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, etc.
∎ Preparing to fill all corporate and personal income TAX, and VAT timely and accurately;
∎ Monitor the Tax & VAT-related matters and maintain liaison with Tax & VAT authorities.
∎ Responsible for Financial Goals Achievement, Cost-Savings, and managing revenue, income & expenses.
∎ Must be able to maintain company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash, and fund flow statement, Cash Trial balance, etc.
∎ Monitor & Analyze departments' daily work to develop more efficient procedures & use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, and regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management on the necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
∎ Financial analysis and analytical review of the organization's financial information.
∎ Monitoring financial activities, transactions & expenditures.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial plans.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly cash flow of the project budget.
∎ Keep the all accounts-related books (cash book, ledger book, voucher, bank reconciliations, and petty cash for daily expenditure) and updated.
∎ Ensure that all rebates are taken and save costs for the company;
∎ Maintaining good relationships with banks and offices both government and private
∎ Supervise and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Inventory Management and Stock Reconciliation.
∎ Formulate and implement accounts & finance-related strategic business policies, rules & regulations.
∎ Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and internal audit system.
∎ Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction; guide the Management to implement improvement measures.
∎ Disburse salary timely and develop an accurate payment system
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, leadership, Auditing, influencing and negotiation skills.
∎ Expert knowledge in internal & external auditing.
∎ Experience and knowledge of IFRS
∎ Demonstrable understanding of business needs, quick adaptation to change management, problem solving mindset, strong analytical and strategic thinking
