Experience:
A Bachelor's or Honors degree in a relevant field is required.
At least 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Garments Accessories Marketing. Proven track record within the Garments Accessories industry is a must.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales and marketing of Elastic, Printed Labels, Woven Labels, Sewing Thread, Poly Bags, Drawstrings, Offset Printing, Jacquard Elastic, Gum Tape, Twill Tape, Rib Tape
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Sales & Marketing:
In-depth knowledge and expertise in Garments Accessories sales and marketing, with the ability to devise and implement effective strategies.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Negotiation:
Highly skilled negotiator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Problem Solving:
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
Preferred Expertise:
Experience in Customer Care, Corporate Marketing, Brand Planning, and Business Development will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Strategy Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for TPAL's product line, including Elastic, Printed Labels, Woven Labels, Sewing Thread, Poly Bags, Drawstrings, Offset Printing, Jacquard Elastic, Gum Tape, Twill Tape, Rib Tape, etc.
Drive Business Growth:
Formulate effective sales strategies to expand TPAL's market presence, targeting garment industry clients and buying houses. Drive sustainable growth in both existing and new markets.
Oversee Sales Process:
Manage the sales cycle, ensuring smooth order generation, efficient processing, and timely payment collection while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for garment industry clients and buying houses.
Market Expansion:
Continuously identify new business opportunities to expand TPAL's product reach. Strengthen market penetration across the country by establishing a strong network.
Foster Team Collaboration:
