Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information about Organization
∎ Perform sales and marketing activities.
∎ Can create demand of our product, lead generation activities, sales planning and strategies to achieve the targets.
∎ Visit & find out prospective clients and creating new market opportunity and regular client visit.
∎ Area wise monthly and yearly sales planning for team members.
∎ To set-up territorial and head wise sales target and activate proper planning to achieve.
∎ To achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To achieve target on sales & collection and recover outstanding.
∎ To provide monthly sales forecast.
∎ Any other task assigned by department head and management.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets
∎ Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
∎ Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
∎ Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
∎ Honest, ethical, and dependable
∎ Positive, go-getter attitude
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 - 10 year(s) Experience & proven track record in similar field (Sales & Marketing) Switchgear, BBT and Substation Equipment
∎ Excellent communication in both English & Bengali
∎ Experience & proven track record in similar field will be given major preference.
∎ Moderate Computer knowledge along with MS Package is a must.
∎ 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
∎ Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Should have pleasant personality with positive way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and be a team player with proactive interpersonal skills
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
Salary: Negotiable
