• BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred.

• Minimums 02 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in elevator/lift, Escalator products be required.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

• Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales & marketing team to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop marketing strategies, sales plans, and promotional activities.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for elevator solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and follow up on payments.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Workplace & Hours:

• Work at office + field visits.
• Office Time: Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
