Responsibilities & Context:
Purbachal Eastwood City (PEC) is an approved land project on Asian Highway which is a subsidiary of Innovative Holdings Limited (Member: REHAB, BLDA) established to create a benchmark in the Land Development industry in Bangladesh is seeking applications from smart, energetic, and experienced professionals in the land sale arena. We are keen to hear from experienced senior leaders who are currently working in Land project and able to lead in particular:
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal and team(s) Land sales targets.
- Have to have own sales leads.
- Generating own inquiries and closing deals independently.
- Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and other sales-related reports as per requirement.
- Maintaining good relations with the client.
- Proven track record of Land sales negotiation.
