• Able to lead the quality team.
• Implement standard quality systems in the workplace.
• Maintain daily reports and submit them to higher authorities.
• Able to manage third-party final inspections (including customer final inspections).
• Good communication skills in English.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems across all stages of production, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
• Ensure full compliance with buyer requirements, AQL standards, and internal SOPs.
• Lead and manage QA/QC teams, including training, performance evaluation, and continuous skill development.
• Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure consistent product quality.
• Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare for and support buyer audits, factory inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Analyze quality performance data, identify defect trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage buyer feedback, quality claims, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, inspection reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve Right First Time (RFT), reduce rework, and minimize rejection rates.
