∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate shall be responsible to ensure quality of woven garments products in every steps of production from cutting to packing. He should be able to find out all types of faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality policy & procedures in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized. Major job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ To deal with the quality staffs independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
∎ To plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with other department and production people.
∎ To monitor product quality through fabric in house to finished goods.
∎ To understand different buyer's specification & requirements.
∎ To follow up size set, pre-production activities, in line and final inspection with proper documentation.
∎ To monitor fabrics construction, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, wash, sample, chemical treatment etc.
∎ Making effective plan for quality assurance of the Garments Division to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.
∎ Assuring the Quality of knitted garments from cutting input to finished product.
∎ Getting successful inspection done at various stages of production & ensure timely shipment.
∎ Capable to maintain all compliance issues as per requirements.
∎ Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Develop people qualities systematically according to Manpower Plan and organizational strategy.
∎ Develop strategies to control resources allocation, monitor plans & budgets for improved operation efficiency.
∎ Familiar with garment production process and garment quality standards.
∎ Strong knowledge in fabric and garment technology.
∎ Ensure all corrective actions related to production in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Responsible for all technical audit and implementation of customer technical requirement.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Implement QC tools lean manufacturing and quality visualization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 10 years of experience in a reputed woven garments factory as a Quality Manager
∎ Should have knowledge and experience regarding Quality Assurance
∎ Should be able to establish quality parameters in all segments of the department
∎ Should have good working knowledge in computer applications and be able to work in an
∎ Software based operation system and generates reports as per requirements
∎ Should have proven leadership skills, sincere and dynamic & result oriented
∎ Quality & performance accountability
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Teamwork & Pro-active
∎ Competence & capable to manage change
∎ Building collaborative relationships
