Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Business Analytics.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse & develop business development ideas, process and proceed for feedback on it from the concerned person and communicate the ideas with CEO.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management reports, covering both financial & non- financial dimensions with critical assessment of numbers / facts & through explanation of underlying performance for business units.
∎ Perform sales data analysis for generating authentic reports on a periodic basis in a timely manner for the management.
∎ Suggest improvement plan through the findings of the analysis.
∎ Analyse business information to identify improvement measures for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Supporting Accounts team by proving various report and data like Cash Discount update, month wise GR and NR update, Segment wise sales in PCs and KGs and others.
∎ Preparing Sales Report by analysing Quantity, Value and Growth based on Segment, SKU, Dealer wise performance, Zone wise performance, Division wise performance and District wise performance.
∎ Organize and conduct the Meeting by introducing the session, brief content/agenda presentation, and taking key notes as when assigned
∎ Prepare various summary reports when required by the Managing director.
∎ Support investor relations with necessary financial information & insights to prepare for quarterly / annual publication of results.
∎ Conduct various meetings and prepare meeting minutes and mail to relevant personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical skills / Data analysis.
∎ Documentation writing & communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in Global Business and Business Environment.
∎ Efficiency in Microsoft office especially in MS excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in MIS, Management Analyst, Business Analyst,
