Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have sound knowledge about RAJUK approval, legal requirements and departmental knowledge.
∎ Coordinate with related Govt. authorities like RAJUK, DPDC, DESCO, WASA, City Corporation, Fire Brigade and Civil Aviation.
∎ Liaison with authorities of RAJUK for drawing submission, amendment and final approval.
∎ Coordinate with inter department like Marketing & Sales, Design & Planning, Legal & Land department, Engineering & Construction department.
∎ Liaison with DPDC/DESCO authorities for electrical connection, load increase and other related issues.
∎ Liaison with WASA authority for water and sewerage connection, modification and other related issues.
∎ Ensure all monthly bill payment to WASA, DPDC/DESCO, including payment approval.
∎ Liaison with law enforcing agencies like DMP, RAB.
∎ Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and policies, conduct business ethically and maintain transparency with your employer.
∎ Must have leadership skill and to act as a team leader.
∎ Knowledge about land related activities such as land measurement, legal rights, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. departments etc.
∎ Excellent time management skills to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
∎ Act promptly in any job assigned by the Management.
