Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Criminology/ International Relation/Development Studies/Peace and Conflict Studies/Security Management or any other relevant discipline from any recognised University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct security risk assessment for BRAC installations based on local and global context.
∎ Monitor local and global sources of security risk intelligence, analysis and develop report.
∎ Conduct incident analysis in periodical basis.
∎ Ensure smooth and effective function of Security Operation Centre for BRAC and BRAC International.
∎ Analyze threats and develop security advisory for BRAC management.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in Security Management.
∎ Applicants having professional degree in Security Management, Risk management, Research Methodology & Data Analysis will be given preference.
