∎ The Role:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated, well organized and goal driven individual to join a newly established Application Specialist Department. The successful candidate will be managing a dynamic team to ensure fastest and quality customer experience. Part of his responsibilities shall be developing strategic plans and executing them to ensure all the newly received applications are processed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Manager responsibilities are not limited to but:
∎ Assessing applications to ensure quality applications are submitted to the partner institutes.
∎ Advising alternative if any applicant fails to meet the entry requirements.
∎ Contributing to build a dynamic team, train them when necessary, managing their shifts and ensure a smooth and fastest customer service is delivered.
∎ Build resources related to applications and admissions.
∎ Ensuing the global operation of the application team is functioning properly.
∎ Undertaking the web research into the relevant institutions and courses, obtaining the information thoroughly and in accordance with our work timeframes.
∎ Ensuring the system is correctly updated with the application outcome.
∎ Working across internal and external teams to ensure entry requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.
∎ Monitoring the team performance, communicating the goals and objectives with the team members.
∎ Delegating tasks to the team members.
∎ Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge & communication skills.
∎ Conducting performance reviews for the team members.
Additional Requirements:

∎ 5 years experience as a Manager in the Study Abroad industry.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on the UK Admission system.
∎ Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
∎ Good leadership and team management skills.
