∎ The Role
∎ We are looking to appoint a number of contractual positions, working in our growing team. Although this is a fixed term position, there may be potential for permanent employment for strong candidates. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric team members to join our growing Application Submission Team and take our company and platform to the next level!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review students' application against admission requirements as specified by the institutes.
∎ Work with our partner institutes and clients to resolve application issues and submit quality applications.
∎ Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail.
∎ Undertake the web research into the relevant institutions and courses, obtaining the information thoroughly and in accordance with our work timeframes.
∎ Work across internal and external teams to ensure entry requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.
∎ Ensure the system is correctly updated with the application outcome.
∎ Assist clients with course related enquiries and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having a good understanding of the UK Education System shall add an advantage.
∎ Fluent in Speaking and Good Writing Skill in English is a must.
∎ High level of attention to detail.
∎ Focused and able to keep up with fast-paced work demands.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
∎ Ability to be a good team player.
