• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Proven experience (10 years) in tender management or procurement, preferably in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry (transformer and meter).

• Preference will be given to those having substation experience.

• Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and pricing strategies.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Lead and manage the tender department to ensure efficient and effective tender preparation.

• Oversee and manage the entire tender process, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company policies and procedures till bill receives in Tender of Electrical Equipment/ Materials in all Utility boards (BREB, BPDB, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, etc.).

• Preparing, analyzing and updating tender participation list by tracking APP/ DPP of relevant entity. 

• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, general criteria and risks associated with each tender. Maintain accurate records of tender submissions.

• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, engineering and finance to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.

• Forecasting the future tenders, stay updated on industry trends & market conditions.

• Represent the company in meetings, presentations and negotiations with clients, vendors and stakeholders as required.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Maintain verbal and written communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
