• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms

• Age At least 38 years
• Only Male

• Strong understanding of factory production processes. Preference will be given to those having substation, transformer and meter manufacturing experience.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• B. Sc in EEE / Mechanical from public or UGC approved private university. Master`s degree is preferred.

• To lead and manage the operations department to ensure quality production and on time delivery.

• Oversee and manage the entire production process ensuring compliance.

• Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.

• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.

• Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.

• Forecasting of future project, estimate production cost, stay updated on the product prices and market conditions.

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and quality objectives.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to resolve production issues and implement improvements.

• Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

• Must have knowledge of manufacturing products as per client requirements & specifications.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Maintain verbal and written communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
