Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for designing, planning, implementing, evaluating, managing the communication, advocacy and media activities of Migration programme
∎ Design short, medium and long term learning initiatives during the programme, support the project related studies (Baseline, mid- term and end line etc.).
∎ Responsible for preparing different programme reports as well as donor reports by using different charts and graphs. The main findings from different reports need to present to senior management and donor.
∎ Support teams across BRAC Migration programme in developing, updating and implementing its strategic plan. Develop and manage an annual budget for specific learning activities expenditure.
∎ Develop concept note and project proposal independently and participate in the bidding process for fund raising as per needs.
∎ Develop Behavior Change Communication (BCC) framework and Information, Education and Communication (IEC) material such as leaflets, posters, flip charts, booklets, manual etc for ensuring safe migration through grassroots interventions;
∎ Design and manage various audio-visual communication materials such as talk show, documentary, docudrama, fiction, drama series, tele-film and public service announcement as a video advocacy for protecting migrant worker rights;
∎ Provide editorial and management support in publications and prepare quarterly and annual reports; facilitate and organize various training, seminar, policy dialogue, press conference, rally, fair, international day celebration etc; Provide professional support and feedback to the project director for ensuring maximum outcomes & impact;
∎ Conduct and participate in several quantitative and qualitative research/survey on migration;
∎ Networking with local, national and regional alliance on migration.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required. Candidates having experience in the development sector can get preference.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on project development and proposal writing. Have competencies on advocacy and networking with different stakeholders. Have skills on Photoshop and illustrator. Excellent report writing skills on english.
