Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary: We are looking for a confident, responsible, and dedicated Manager – AdTech and VAS to lead our digital service operations. The role primarily involves coordinating with telecom operators to support and follow up on ongoing VAS projects, while also managing the AdTech team and campaign operations. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth project execution, oversee campaign accuracy, maintain strong communication across stakeholders, and drive analytical reporting and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with telecom operators on VAS project requirements, updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate technical and business needs for ongoing service launches and operations.
- Lead and manage the AdTech & VAS team to ensure proper execution of digital campaigns (IVR, SMS, OBD, Push).
- Ensure campaigns are configured and launched on time as per client/operator specifications.
- Monitor platform health, campaign uptime, and system readiness.
- Review campaign and service performance data; generate optimization insights.
- Maintain clear documentation, trackers, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure internal workflow alignment for cross-functional tasks and service deliverables.
