Skills Required: Administration,Labor Law,leadership and negotiation

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  • Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.

  • Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.

  • Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environmental issues.

  • Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

  • Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and Tactically Work with local political bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other government bodies to foster positive relationships and promote the company`s interests.

  • Ensure the implementation of the highest level of security protocols within and outside of the factory premises to safeguard assets, personnel, and operations.

  • Take charge of resolving various industrial relations, conflicts and disputes, working towards maintaining a harmonious work environment and manage diverse legal issues when required.

  • Collaborate closely with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services, ensuring swift and effective responses during critical situations.

  • Ensure transport, canteen and facility management.

  • Prepare appropriate human resource planning and make sure that right number of employees with right quality have been employed through effective recruitment and selection process as approved by Management.

  • Ensure that right number of staff and workers have been selected based on the actual requirement and been provided with job description.

  • Remain self-aware and keep others aware regarding company’s Code of Conduct, Zero Tolerance Policy and expectation of the management.

  • Monitor/Supervise organizational Environment, Health and Safety, Security, Fire, and worker grievance issues through the internal audit as per the in-house Compliance Checklist.

  • Ensure well housekeeping and monitor housekeeping supervisors and security activities as per organization standard.
