Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager-Admin to oversee daily office operations and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership qualities. The Admin Personnel will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, coordinating administrative support and implementing procedures and policies to streamline operations.

  • Provide day-to-day administration and general services of office administration, catering, office renovation, maintenance, utilities etc.

  • Ensure that administrative services including housekeeping, office asset management, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are effectively maintained.

  • Ensure the installation and maintenance of a variety of infrastructure and equipment, including electrical systems, generators, gas lines, furniture and fixtures.

  • Oversee daily housekeeping & security services for the Chairman`s and Director`s residences.

  • Enforce security policies, regulations, rules, and standards to ensure a safe environment for employers, employees, and visitors within the company premises

  • Evaluate the performance of all non-management annually.

  • Conduct training sessions regularly for existing and newly joined non-management staffs (Support Staff, Cleaner, Driver etc.).

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to improve transportation operations.

  • Develop and manage transportation budgets, analyze expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Organizing various official and personnel events by the order of management.

  • Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures among workers and staff.

  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
