Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain coordination with all departments to ensure optimum service and take proper initiative to improve service.
∎ Ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures.
∎ Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
∎ Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
∎ Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine the areas of cost reduction and service improvement.
∎ Motivate employees to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Provides immediate assistance to the guests as requested.
∎ Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills.
∎ Professionally maintain relation with guests,
∎ Responds to and tactfully handle guest’s problems and complaints.
∎ Interacts with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction and take corrective action plan if required;
∎ Records guest issues in the guest response tracking system.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.
∎ Leadership Quality with a positive attitude.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
