Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM or Social Compliance will get Preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling disciplinary matters, grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism and enhance employees' motivation.
∎ Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with the mission, vision and objectives of the company.
∎ Effective handling and responsible for all statutory compliances under Labor Law.
∎ Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Organize employee training programs as per training need.
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
∎ Monitor the security guards and intelligence to maintain the strict discipline at the factory.
∎ Administer recruitment and selection programs and processes in the line with the company's policy and procedure
∎ Ensure maintenance of effective HR information system in the factory.
∎ Supervise Payroll, Final settlement of existing employees.
∎ To manage the compliance functions of the factory.
∎ Develop & Update HR Polices & Procedures for Manufacturing factory to ensure efficient and effective operation.
∎ Implementation of KPIs of all positions and managing employees' annual performance reviews.
∎ Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary step to solve them
∎ Keep constant contact with the local authorities, Government and Semi Government organization for any government rules and regulation update.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of certification programs and maintenance thereof.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Change Management Initiatives, Expatriates Management, Organizational Development, People and Culture Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory, HR, Administration and Compliance
∎ Proven working experience in factory HR including team leading.
∎ Sound knowledge on policy and procedure
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ A good command of communication skills in Bengali and English is very essential.
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
∎ ERP software experience
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
