Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper methodology and transparency in monetary outlays, procurements, and payments.
∎ Prepare and install an effective internal control mechanism in RAOWA.
∎ Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal control systems and procedures and recommend corrective actions to improve operations, enhance internal controls and reduce costs where possible.
∎ Prepare the Internal Audit Charter of RAOWA in line with the best current standards.
∎ Design internal audit procedures and work programs.
∎ Identify key areas of risk within RAOWA and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
∎ Provide top management with an opinion on the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls in RAOWA.
∎ Report on internal control issues and the implementation of the internal audit plan to the senior management.
∎ Create a culture of transparency, trustworthiness, and accountability among all levels involved in monetary matters.
∎ Must understand all of RAOWA's liabilities, legal contracts, statutory, and tax obligations.
∎ Create and use tools like dashboards and financial statement ratio analysis to communicate both expected and actual financial performance of RAOWA.
∎ Establish and maintain communication with banks, financial institutions, banking professionals, and analysts for effective and efficient financial services as per the guidance of the Chief Executive.
∎ Administer banking arrangements and loan agreements and maintain adequate sources of fund for assisting the EC in financial decision-making.
∎ Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
∎ Advise the management on funding, funds management, and finance.
∎ Be responsible for efficient management of payables and receivables.
∎ Carry out commercial functions, licencing, VAT and Income Tax.
∎ Maintain sound practices in accounts, internal audit, and compliance.
∎ Prepare budgets, income statements, and financial statements for all the cost & profits centres of RAOWA.
∎ Be responsible for profitable leasing and renting of RAOWA facilities (RAOWA
∎ Complex).
∎ Prepare and maintain procurement policy, accounting policy and financial management guidelines.
∎ Be the financial oversight in contracts and agreements of all departments and functions of RAOWA.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate collection of revenues and deposits from all the cost & profit centres.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in any recognized organization.
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
∎ Ability to work under pressure during strategic times of the year
∎ Age limit is maximum 40 years on 31 Oct 2021.
∎ Condition may be relaxed in case of highly qualified/experienced candidate.
