Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (CC)/CMA completed from ICAB/ICMAB; Partly Qualified of CA/ICMA.
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting or MBA in Accounting.
∎ ITP Certification and VAT training (preferable).
∎ Skills Required: Tally Software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & can handle Accounts related work of a group of company independently.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage all Books of Accounts through Tally Software as well as register.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Bank, Vat & Tax offices and other govt. agencies.
∎ Maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ Manage and monitor all inventory record through tally software with proper inventory mgt. system.
∎ Maintain financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help preparation of financial statements.
∎ Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to aid in preparing the financial statements.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per the Bangladesh Income Tax Law and VAT Act.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of VAT Return and maintain VAT books.
∎ Manage all VAT related queries and filings in the right manner.
∎ Ensuring monthly TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS, challans based on various heads of Income Tax and deposit so to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Ensuring the measures that comply with all fiscal laws including Income Tax, VAT & Company Law.
∎ Monitor factory Petty Cash & Inventory Management.
∎ Ensure receiving and delivering materials properly as per documents.
∎ Preparing Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory reports.
∎ Do not need to apply if you are not well skilled with Tally Software.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well experienced with Tally Software.
∎ Progressive experience in Customs & VAT, preferably in a large manufacturing company.
∎ Must have strong communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
∎ Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and especially Excel.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
∎ Able to work independently.
