Job Context:
∎ Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men and Women.
∎ You will be responsible to manage and lead the accounts department of Texmart Trading Company Ltd. Achieve the following responsibility and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through Tally-ERP software and manually.
∎ Preparation of monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement).
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly management report for Top Management for various stakeholders
∎ Preparation of yearly Master Budget and Monthly Budget Variances.
∎ Preparing daily Bank balance statement and dealt with daily fund management.
∎ Lead in continuous evaluation and effective implementation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
∎ Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
∎ All Banking transaction, supervision and controlling.
∎ Month end adjustment Entry.
∎ Check and verify all books of accounts of the Company.
∎ Checking monthly Salary, Wages, Incentive, TA, DA, Distribution, Commission and others.
∎ Price costing, L/C costing and L/C adjustment entry.
∎ Follow and oversee all LC related activities and adjusting the LC into the Tally Software.
∎ Work with bank for CC Loan, Short-Term Loan and Long-Term Loan as per company demand.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization
∎ Update General Ledger for the Month & Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts
∎ Preparing Asset-Liability statement for the top management demand
∎ Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of future growth.
∎ Record Journal Voucher to General Journal Book and Record Cash Receipts to Cash Receipts Book
∎ Prepare accounts for Internal & External Audit
∎ Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ CA/ICMAB/CC qualified will be highly preferred
Salary: Negotiable
