Job Context:
∎ Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Mens and Womens.
∎ We are looking for sales and growth hungry detail oriented individuals who will be driving force behind the growth and expansion of our retail and online brands of Texmart, Occult and Rave (Footwear).There will be first career growth with us, If you can fulfill the given business objective successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and supervise retail staff across designated retail outlets to ensure they meet sales target and customer service objectives.
∎ Actively recruit and build a strong sales team in the retail shop level.
∎ Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
∎ Identify locations for new outlet, negotiate rent and propose agreement for signing in the area
∎ Ensure compliance at all levels in the retail experience with company policies and procedures.
∎ Develop and implement various sales promotion and marketing campaigns to achieve seasonal and annual sales target.
∎ Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
∎ Develop policies for effective and attractive merchandising of goods in retail stores.
∎ Ensure visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
∎ Carry out weekly inventory analysis for each store and generate delivery, replenishment and transfer order of various styles to ensure proper inventory levels in all retail outlets.
∎ Ensure the right stock and styles are delivered to the retail outlets on time by coordinating with the distribution center staff and other team member.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedure to minimize costs of retail operation and minimize inventory loss.
∎ Carry out various checks and audits on a regular basis to check and stop pilferage and irregular illegal activities.
∎ Handle and effectively solve all various day to day retail shop operation matters to ensure smooth operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Candidate with experience in fashion and footwear retail will be preferred.
∎ Minimum 03 to 05 years' experience in similar or related responsibility.
∎ Candidates shall have the mentality to work extra hours as per requirements.
∎ Good Knowledge on Microsoft office and various Software.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy
