• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Ensure full compliance with shipping laws, maritime regulations, taxation, and statutory    requirements for mother vessels.

• Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and period closing.

• Monitor vessel-wise costing, voyage accounts, freight income, and expense control with regulatory accuracy.

• Handle port authority charges, shipping agent bills, bunker costs, and regulatory fees in a timely manner.

• Prepare and verify financial statements, MIS, and compliance reports related to shipping operations.

• Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance for shipping, charter-party, and vessel operations.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, port authorities, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

• Maintain compliance with VAT, tax, customs, and maritime financial reporting standards.

• Implement internal controls, risk management, and compliance checks across shipping accounts.

• Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
