∎ At least 7 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, TAX and VAT management etc.
∎ Prepare report, analysis & follow up overdue credits regularly
∎ Check distributions claims, rebate, damage, cash incentives, target incentives & various bills against trade offers
∎ Verify payroll and field force incentives
∎ Supervise on branding bills, financial vetting while processing SOs and approving COs
∎ Reconcile party balance & confirm bank deposits and financials checks while processing customers orders
∎ Verify TA/DA bills of Digisales team and e-fresh store team
∎ Adjust TDS and VDS against corporate party balance
∎ Generate sales invoice upon delivery completion
∎ Conduct internal audit independently and maintain records
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Accounts department of FMCG Organization
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office and Integrated Accounting software package i.e. ERP.
∎ Financial report preparation skill
∎ Practical knowledge in IAS(International Accounting System)/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting System), Company Act, Income Tax, VAT
∎ Team management ability
∎ Sound interpersonal skill
