∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ACCA, Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Accounts Receivable function of MCIL.
∎ Monitor and confirm customer payable to Bank regularly against order.
∎ Monitor customer credit management and ensure the operation according to the company policy.
∎ Release sales order request in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) regularly.
∎ Generate sales invoice upon delivery completion.
∎ Prepare report on customer overdue and follow up with sales team.
∎ Handle customer complain,credit recovery and fix it accordingly.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts with the accounts receivable ledger.
∎ Work closely with sales team to ensure accounting process flow.
∎ Supervise to prepare different reports on payable and receivable to generate monthend balance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office and Integrated Accounting software package i.e. ERP.
∎ Financial report preparation skill
∎ Practical knowledge in IAS(International Accounting System)/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting System),Company Act, Income Tax, VAT
∎ Team management expertise
∎ Sound interpersonal skills
