∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Good Computer Knowledge

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing and interpreting financial information;
∎ Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
∎ Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
∎ Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
∎ Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
∎ Analyzing competitors and market trends;
∎ Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
∎ Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
∎ Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
∎ Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
∎ Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers etc.
∎ Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
∎ Managing budgets;
∎ Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
∎ Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff
∎ Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
∎ Produces financial reports involving the Authority's trust accounts for monthly board meetings.
∎ Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
∎ Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ CA CC from any Reputed Audit Firm will get Preference.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
